Britney Hambright to Vice President/Operations
Britney has held the position of Branch Manager at our Spiro location since 2014. She is now being promoted to Vice President/Operations. In her new position, she will be accountable for implementing and carrying out bank policies and procedures with respect to overall operations of the bank and to ensure superb customer satisfaction.
She has attended many banking schools such as; OBA Operations School, OBA Branch Manager School, OBA Supervisor Boot Camp, OBA Advanced New Accounts School, and OBA IRA School.
Her love of the outdoors takes her to the ball field, pig shows, or the lake every chance she gets. Britney loves anything that involves being with her family.

Kathleen McConnell to Vice President/Payment Systems/Bookkeeping Supervisor
Kathy has been promoted to Vice President/Payment Systems/Bookkeeping Supervisor. In her new position, she will be responsible for processing all payment transactions for the bank. With the numerous changes that have occurred in the banking industry, the responsibility of this position has escalated tremendously. Kathy has done a superb job of staying abreast of regulatory changes and taking ownership of her role in this vital area of our bank.
Kathy started at the bank in 2006 as the Purchasing and Inventory Control Agent and moved into the Bookkeeping Supervisor position in 2008. In 2016, she was promoted to Assistant Cashier.
She has attended the Oklahoma Bankers Association Operations School, OBA Intermediate School, and countless payment universities and seminars.
In her free time, Kathy enjoys traveling and spending time with family and friends. She and her husband Terry, have been actively involved in raising funds for Make-A-Wish Foundation for more than 10 years

Jackie Perez to AVP/Controller
TCSB is pleased to announce Jackie Perez has earned a well-deserved promotion to Assistant Vice President/Controller. In this position, she will be responsible for supporting the CFO with all accounting related functions in the bank and assisting with financial audits.
Jackie joined the bank as a Credit Analyst in 2010. Since then she has served in many positions of the lending and processing department.
Jackie earned an Associate’s Degree in Business Administration from Carl Albert State College, and a Bachelors in Accounting from The University of Arkansas, Fort Smith. She has participated in Leadership LeFlore County, served on the Stigler Health and Wellness Board of Directors, and has attended several lending schools on behalf of the bank.
Jackie makes her home in Wister with husband Tody, and their two children. She is a spirited person with a zest for life. She loves spending time with family and watching her boys play ball.

Levonia Brown to Assistant Vice President/Loan Officer
TCSB is pleased to announce the promotion of Levonia Brown to Assistant Vice President/Loan Officer at our main bank location.
Levonia has been a valued employee of our bank since 2008. She began her career for TCSB as a Customer Service Representative at our Walmart Branch before moving to the Talihina Branch. Levonia has been a part of lending operations since 2010, and has served as a Loan Officer for the past 6 years. Our bank is fortunate to have a lending officer with Levonia’s energy, expertise and intuition.
Levonia is a graduate of Tulsa Community College with an Associate’s Degree in Accounting and Oklahoma Bankers Association Consumer Lending School. She participated in Leadership LeFlore County in 2014.
She makes her home in Wister with her husband, where they enjoy working with their cattle and playing with their grandchildren.

Cristina Gutierrez to Assistant Vice President/Walmart Branch Manager
Cristina has been promoted to Assistant Vice President/Branch Manager. She has been the Branch Manager at our Walmart location since April 2020. Cristina is an energetic and motivated member of our team, with her focus on customer service.
Growing up in Mexico, Cristina is fluent in English and Spanish. Cristina has her certification for Legal Professionals through NALS, holds a Medical Assistant Diploma from Kaplan College in Las Vegas, and attended the Oklahoma Bankers Association Supervisor Boot Camp.
Outside of the bank, she enjoys reading, listening to music, and supporting her children at their sporting events.

Brittany Crase to Assistant Vice President/Teller Supervisor
Brittany began her career for the bank in 2011 as a Part-Time Teller at our Walmart Branch. She has proven to be a valuable asset to our bank and has worked as a CSR, Team Leader, Credit Analyst and most recently Teller Supervisor at our main bank.
She achieved an Associate’s Degree in Allied Health and an Associate’s Degree in Sociology/Psychology from CASC. Brittany is a 2016 graduate of Leadership LeFlore County and has served on the LeFlore County Historical Society Board of Directors for the past 5 years.
Brittany enjoys listening to live music and trying new restaurants in her free time.
