Striped bass hybrids and white bass fair on Alabama rigs, crankbaits and live shad in coves, discharge, main lake and river channel. Fishing this week has been good. Striped bass good on flukes, live shad, plastic baits, slabs and topwater lures below the dam, main lake and points. Striper are being caught on live shad and topwater lures right now. People are catching them near Washita Point, Platter Flats and the islands. Blue, channel and flathead catfish fair on cut bait, dough bait, live bait, live shad, punch bait, stinkbait and sunfish around docks, main lake, points and river channel. Blue cats are being caught in the 40-60 ft. of water range on live shad and cut bait. Crappie slow on hair jigs, jigs, minnows and PowerBait around brush structure, docks and standing timber.
