Bundy, a dedicated student and active member of her community, served as a page during the First Session of the 60th Legislature, gaining firsthand experience in the state’s lawmaking process. She is homeschooled and plans to attend the University of Utah to pursue a degree in pharmacy.
“It was a pleasure to have SadieLynn at the Capitol,” Dempsey said. “She is a bright, motivated student with a strong work ethic, and I’m confident she’ll go on to achieve great things.”
Bundy is involved in several leadership and service organizations. She is a member of 4-H and serves as secretary of the Idabel Junior Chapter of the Choctaw Nation Youth Advisory Board. She is also active in her local Choctaw Nation Youth Advisory Board chapter and has shown a strong interest in health sciences.
After graduation, Bundy hopes to become a pharmacist and eventually open her own pharmacy to serve her community.
“SadieLynn represents the values of hard work, service and ambition,” Dempsey said. “I look forward to seeing where her desired path in the medical field leads her.”
The Oklahoma House of Representatives High School Page Program allows students to assist legislators and staff, observe committee meetings and participate in a mock legislative session during their week of service.
