Congressman Brecheen Votes to Open Impeachment Inquiry into President Biden
I am already in favor of impeaching Biden for violating Article IV, Section 4 of the Constitution that guarantees every state protection from invasion, which he has failed to do with our open Southern border. Voting to open the impeachment inquiry is an important step to legally formalize the process and prevent the Biden Administration from continuing to stonewall our efforts to expose his unlawfulness and corruption.
Congressman Brecheen Votes Against So-Called “Compromise” NDAA
I voted against the so-called “compromise” National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA), which maintains taxpayer funded abortion travel, taxpayer funded transgender surgeries, and radical climate alarmism, which contributes to the current military recruitment crisis. It also continues the unconstitutional FISA 702 program, which has led to the warrantless surveillance of Americans, and even includes $600 million for Ukraine.
I could not in good conscience vote for this NDAA that continues the broken status quo. The conservative NDAA that I voted for back in July, which the House passed, contained true reform that would fight back against the social engineering that the Biden Administration is injecting into our military. The NDAA that passed today maintains Biden’s demoralizing social experiment with our troops that harms our military readiness.

Voted in favor of H.R. 1147 – To amend the Richard B. Russell National School Lunch Act to allow schools that participate in the school lunch program under such Act to serve whole milk
Voted against H.R. 5378 – Lower Costs, More Transparency Act. There were good parts to this bill, but I voted against this legislation because it would increase the deficit by over $9 billion in the first five years. The claimed “offset” to the cost of this legislation was funded through a slush fund that Congress put borrowed billions into last year for the sole purpose of being used as a “pay for” for this year. This is classic Washington, D.C. gimmicks to claim we are paying for excessive spending.
Voted for H.R. 357 – Ensuring Accountability in Agency Rulemaking Act. This bill fights back against the administrative state and would drastically delay new rules and regulations, which have exploded under the Biden Administration.
