Bobby Joe Shadwick of Howe, Oklahoma was born November 18, 1958 in Poteau, Oklahoma to Ernest and Mary Elizabeth (Childres) Shadwick and passed February 21, 2021 in Howe, Oklahoma at the age of 62.
He is survived by:
Two sons:
Robert “BJ” Shadwick of Howe, Oklahoma
Cody Shadwick of Kennett, Missouri
One daughter:
Robin Nelson and husband Garland of Heavener, Oklahoma
His dad:
Earnest Shadwick of Howe, Oklahoma
One sister:
Deborah Wyatt and husband Lee of Honolulu, Hawaii
One brother:
Jim Shadwick of Howe, Oklahoma
Four grandchildren: Tyler, Cody, Jacy, and Dylan
Numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and a host of many friends
He was preceded in death by his mother, Mary Shadwick; one sister, Linda Streeter; one brother, Ernie Shadwick; and one nephew, Jay Shadwick.
Bobby was a life-long resident of the area, and was a retired construction worker. He will be missed by all who knew him.
Funeral service will be 2:00 p.m., Friday, February 26, 2021 at Mt View Baptist Church in the Glendale community with Brother Tim Trent officiating. Burial will follow in Mt View Cemetery under the direction of Dowden-Roberts Funeral Home of Heavener, Oklahoma.

Viewing will be from 9:00 a.m. until 8:00 p.m., with the family visiting with friends from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m., Thursday and 9:00 a.m. until noon, Friday at the funeral home.
