According to the Oklahoma Highway Patrol, a Fatality collision occurred on June 18, 2021, at approximately !!:15am, on State Highway 112, approximately two miles South of Cameron, OK, in LeFlore County.
According to the report, a 2005 Jeep Grand Cherokee driven by Charles L. Drushal 76, of Fort Smith, AR. Jill M. Drushal 53, of Fort Smith and 15 year old female was traveling Northbound on State Highway 112 and a 2011 Chevrolet Traverse driven by a 15 year old male of Greenwood, AR and his passenger, Aaron M. Gamble 42, of Greenwood, AR were traveling Southbound when the Jeep Grand Cherokee went left of center and hit the Chevy head on.
Both drivers and all occupants were pronounced dead at the scene.
The accident was investigated by OHP, LeFlore County EMS, Poteau Police Department, Poteau Fire Department and LeFlore County Sheriff’s Department.
