Joe was a devoted father, grandfather, husband, son, brother, and friend, whose warmth and kindness touched the lives of all who knew him. He is survived by his daughters, Misty Fines and Zoann Thompson; his beloved granddaughter, Sophia Thompson; his wife, Connie Fines; his mother, Shirley Fines; his brother, Kenny Fines; his sister, Bonnie Khanhthamany; his nieces, Crystal Fines and Courtney Ball; his nephews, Chris Murphey, Michael Khanthamany, and Kenny Lee Jr.; his aunt, Jonie Morland; his uncle, Roy Hicks; his close friend, Karen Walters; as well as numerous other relatives, loved ones, and friends.
A private family service will be held to honor Joe’s life.
