The Hogeye Fire Department in partnership with OSU FST is hosting and facilitating a Hazardous Materials Operations Class in Poteau in the month of February.
The class is the final class required to complete a FF1 Certification and many firefighters miss out on the opportunity to complete the certification.
The 40 hours of total class time will be held over two weekends.
The Hogeye Fire Department would like to serve meals to the students and staff members attending the class.
The class is open to 36 students and 6 staff members.
