Flora Leah Postell of Sallisaw, Oklahoma was born May 15, 1941 in Minnesota, Texas to John and Neville (Millsap) Couch and passed away November 26, 2018 in Sallisaw, Oklahoma at the age of 77.
She is survived by:
One daughter:
Patricia Hickman of Sallisaw, Oklahoma
Two sons:
John Postell of Tupman, California
Paul Postell of Apache Junction, Arizona
Six grandchildren
Five great-grandchildren
Two great-great-grandchildren
Several nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and a host of friends
Flora was preceded in death by her husband, Gerald; one daughter; Wanda Meeks; and one son, Mike.
She was a long-time resident of Sallisaw, a retired nurse’s aid at the Sequoyah Manor Nursing Home, and a member of the Sallisaw Church of God.
Flora was a loving mother and grandmother who loved her family dearly. She will be missed by all who knew her.
Funeral service will be 10:00 a.m., Saturday, December 1, 2018 at Dowden-Roberts Funeral Home Chapel with Mr. Paul Postell officiating.
Burial will follow in Heavener Memorial Park under the direction of Dowden-Roberts Funeral Home of Heavener, Oklahoma.
