He was preceded in death by his parents, Donald Ray Underwood and Helen Jane Foster; brother, Billy Joe Underwood; and his grandparents.
Little Donnie was a life-long resident of the area and was a 1994 graduate of Heavener High School. He worked as a Panel Operator for Bachoco. Little Donnie loved his family. He was a hard worker, who also enjoyed hunting, fishing, and just piddling. Little Donnie was always there for his “children” when in need and sharing his trades and knowledge. He will be deeply missed.
A memorial service to celebrate Little Donnie’s life will be 4:00 p.m., Saturday, May 2, 2026 at Dowden-Roberts Funeral Home Chapel in Heavener, Oklahoma with Reverend Don Benefield officiating. Cremation arrangements are under the direction and care of Dowden-Roberts Funeral Home of Heavener, Oklahoma.
