The Board of County Commissioners, LeFlore County, State of Oklahoma, met in a Regular Business Meeting on January 22, 2019 at 9:00 a.m. with Chairman Lance Smith presiding.
Also present was Member Craig Olive and County Clerk Kelli Ford.
The following action was taken by the board:
(1.) Chairman Lance Smith called meeting to order.
(2.) Motion was made by Lance Smith and seconded by Craig Olive to approve the minutes of regular meeting held January 14, 2019 Motion was approved both voting yes.
(3.) Motion was made by Lance Smith and seconded by Craig Olive to approve purchase orders presented. Motion was approved both voting yes.
(4.) Bonds. None
(5.) Monthly fee reports. None presented
(6.) Transfer as presented and on file in the office of the County Clerk. Motion to approve by Lance Smith and seconded by Craig Olive, both voting yes.
(7.) Blanket purchase orders approved as presented and as on file in the Office of the County Clerk.

(9.) Current road and bridge projects. No action
(10.) Contract/labor document presented between Sean Balzanna and the Leflore County Detention Center. Motion to table by Lance Smith and seconded by Craig Olive, both voting yes.
(11.) Burn ban. No Action.
(12.) Conser Road project. Nothing new.
(13.) Motion was made by Lance Smith and seconded by Craig Olive to approve permit application between Windstream Communications for installation of pipeline in Section 3, Township 6 North, Range 25 East, both voting yes.
(14.) Motion was made by Craig Olive and seconded by Lance Smith to approve progressive estimate No. (10) to JOB construction for Conser Road Project, both voting yes
(15.) Motion was made by Craig Olive and seconded by Lance Smith to approve invoice #SUR2593 submitted by Lemke Land Surveying for conser road project, both voting yes.
(16.) Motion by Lance Smith and seconded by Craig Olive to approve resolution disposing of miscellaneous equipment from District #2 Inventory, both voting yes.
(17.) Motion was made by Lance Smith and seconded by Craig Olive to approve revised Fire Department receiving and requisitioning officers list, both voting yes.
