Billy Douglas Babb, 91, passed away on September 05, 2023, in Poteau, Oklahoma. Billy was born on February 07, 1932, in Gate City, Virginia to Minter Bailey and Alpha Alameda (Ketron) Babb. Billy spent his life working as an Engineer for General Motors and for NASA. After retirement Billy loved to spend time with his wife and doing yard work at their home. Billy was preceded in death by his parents.
