Funeral Service for Brenda Briggs, 60 of Poteau, Oklahoma will be at 2:00 PM on Friday, May 12, 2023 at Evans Memorial Chapel in Poteau, Oklahoma with Jim Cook officiating. Burial will follow at New Hope Cemetery in Spiro, Oklahoma under the direction of Evans & Miller Funeral Home of Poteau, Oklahoma.
Brenda was born on April 9, 1963 in Poteau, Oklahoma to Carolyn (Tarpley) Hill and Henry Hill and passed away on May 7, 2023 in Fort Smith, Arkansas. She was preceded in death by her husband, Tom Briggs; father, Henry Hill; brother, Terry Harris and wife Brenda; sister, Linda
Survivors include her children, Kevin Robertson and Syretha Shores, Amanda Ashley and husband Jimmy; grandchildren, Halie Ashley, Ethan Ashley, Izabelle Ashley, Kyler and Satana Silva, Mason Ashley, Bryson Robertson, Peyton Robertson; mother, Carolyn Hill; sister, Rose McKinney, Delores Plummer and husband Jerry, Delane Brown, Diana Campbell; brother, Eldon Cox and Beverly; numerous other relatives and loved ones.
Visitation will be Thursday, May 11, 2023 from 6:00-8:00 PM at Evans & Miller Funeral Home of Poteau, Oklahoma.
