Cortez Fields Jr., 44, passed away on February 23, 2026, in Fort Smith, Arkansas. Cortez was born on December 6, 1981, in Ada, OK to Cotez Sr. and Connie Ann (Leon) Fields. Cortez was preceded in death by his mother, Connie Fields.
He is survived by his father, Cortez Fields Sr., his daughters, Kyndal Nicole Burgin and Kyal Brooklyn Marie and son, Jacob Soriano, his brother Cody Fields, along with other relatives, loved ones and friends.
Services for Cortez will be held privately by his family at a later date.
