Ema Mae West, 82, of Heavener, OK passed away Sunday, April 7, 2019 at Heavener. Ema was born April 9, 1936 in Heavener to R.C. & Lillie (Kelley) Lewis.
She was a head start provider. Ema attended Trinity Baptist Church in Heavener. She was preceded in death by her parents; son, Joey Dewayne Byrd; brothers, Curtis & Donald Lewis; and sister, Betty Bearden.
Survivors include her daughter, Sharon Al Rifai; grandchildren, Jimmy, Colby & Hatch Evans; great grandchildren, Eli, Abby Bell, Ada, Aiden, Leland & Jay Evans; niece, Linda Lewis; other relatives, loved ones and friends.
Graveside services will be 2 pm, Friday, April 12, 2019 at Hodgen Cemetery with Rev. Jim Cook officiating.
The family will be at the funeral home on Thursday evening from 6-8 pm to visit with relatives & friends.
