Evelyn was preceded in death by her parents; her husband; one son, Lonnie Franklin; and one brother, Wayne MacFall.
Evelyn was a longtime resident of the area, a retired bookkeeper for Northwood University, and a member of Lakeview Baptist Church. She thoroughly enjoyed reading, working crossword puzzles, playing games on the computer. Evelyn loved spending time with her family and friends.
Memorial Services are pending at this time and will be held at Lakeview Baptist Church in Spiro, Oklahoma. Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Dowden-Roberts Cremation Center of Poteau, Oklahoma.
