Gary Marvail Lewis II (aka BJ, 3rd shift, Chief, and Beezy) came into this world on February 18, 2003 to Gary Sr. and Ramona Lewis. He departed on March 4, 2020 in Little Rock, Arkansas at the age of 17. He was blessed to live 17 wonderful years.
BJ was a wonderful son and brother. He enjoyed his light up toys, purple blanket, and going to church where he slept most of the time. He attended God’s Ministry of Restoration led by Pastor David and Tonya Citizen. Bj held a special place in the heart of many. He attended school at Cook Elementary, Euper Lane, Chaffin, and Southside High School. He also attended the Gregory Kistler Treatment Center since he was six months old. He was also a part of Ainsleys Angels. BJ showed true authenticity.
He was preceded in death by his grandfathers, Sergeant Major Marvail Lewis and Henry Crawford. He leaves his memories to parents Gary Sr. and Ramona Lewis of Fort Smith, Arkansas; two sisters, Raneisha and Janiah Lewis of Fort Smith; grandmothers, Betty Lewis and Freda Clayton of Spiro, Oklahoma; aunts, Betty (Mike) Mayhew of Kansas, Menella Earhart of San Antonio, Texas, Tina Bulford of Fort Smith, Kim (Herbert) Clayton of Fort Smith, Lawanda (Ted) Phillips of Fort Coffee, Oklahoma, Jeanett Niclos of Tulsa, Oklahoma, Erin Lewis of Richardson, Texas, Vonda (Kevin) Nickson of Fort Smith; uncle, Paul Flakes of Tulsa, Oklahoma; as well as a host of great aunts, uncles, cousins, relatives and friends.
Celebration of life service will be at 11:00 am, Saturday, March 14, 2020, at Victory Worship Center in Spiro, Oklahoma burial will follow at Fort Coffee Cemetery. Visitation will be Friday, March 12, from 6:00pm -8:00 pm at Mallory-Martin Funeral Home, 112 N. Main, Spiro, Oklahoma.
