Jackie worked for the county in District One for 22 years. Jackie ran heavy equipment, and he was also a true cowboy.
Jackie is preceded in death by his parents and his wife, Frances (Archey) Loomis.
Jackie is survived by his son, Alvin Loomis, of Cameron, Oklahoma; his daughters, Claudia McCauley of Wade, North Carolina, and Brenda Brown of Cameron, Oklahoma; his brothers, Billy Loomis of Tulsa, Oklahoma, and Thomas Cooksey of Pennsylvania; along with numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren.
