Jerry proudly served his country in the United States Air Force as a mechanic—an experience he carried with pride throughout his life. After his military service, he became a truck driver, a career he held until his retirement. His strong work ethic and dedication were evident in all that he did.
A lifelong fan of the Los Angeles Dodgers and the Buffalo Bills, Jerry loved going to Dodgers games and cheering on his teams. He also had a passion for the open road and found great joy riding his motorcycle. He was a proud member of Bikers Against Child Abuse (BACA), where he stood for the protection of vulnerable children.
Jerry is survived by his son, Myron Willingham; his mother, Lois Willingham; grandchildren, Gavyn Willingham, M.J. Willingham, and Braxton Willingham; his sister, Barbara Murry; as well as numerous other relatives, loved ones, and friends who will miss him dearly.
He was preceded in death by his father, Clifton Willingham, and mother, Ella Mae Willingham
