Jimmy Dean Christman of Hodgen, Oklahoma was born on February 18, 1959 in Dexter, Missouri to William and Bonnie (Parks) Christman and passed away on February 19, 2021 in Hodgen, Oklahoma at the age of 62.

Eight grandchildren:
Dayla McGarrah, Raelyn McGarrah, Paris Bock, Georgia Christman, Asher Christman, Logan Christman, Korbyn Walker and Spencer Dean Christman
Two bonus grandchildren:

He was preceded in death by his parents, William and Bonnie (Parks) Christman; two sisters, Linda McCullough and Brenda Ross; and a brother, Billy Christman.
Jim was a long-time resident of the area and retired from Bremner as a Machine Operator. He was a member of the Hodgen First Baptist Church and the Heavener VFW. Jim loved fishing, hunting, gardening, spending time with family and friends. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, uncle, cousin, and friend. Jim was a veteran of Desert Storm, where he served as a member of the National Guard.
Funeral service will be 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, February 23, 2021 at Dowden-Roberts Funeral Home Chapel in Heavener, Oklahoma. Burial will follow in Hodgen Cemetery in Hodgen, Oklahoma under the direction of Dowden-Roberts Funeral Home of Heavener, Oklahoma.
Pallbearers will be: Cory Bock, Michael Christman, Mason York, Cecil McGarrah, Benjamin Walker, and Ray Vickers.
Honorary Pallbearer will be: Justin Christman
Viewing will be from 9 a.m. until 8:30 p.m., Monday with family visitation from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m. at the funeral home.
