Nancy Ann Bishop, 68, passed away on June 19, 2026, at her home in Heavener, Oklahoma. Nancy was born on December 30, 1957, in Roseville, California to parents James Russell and Pansy (Chandler) Bishop.
Nancy was a 1976 graduate of Poteau High School. She was known as the jokester in High School which continued on. She had a great sense of humor which she kept throughout her life. Nancy will be greatly missed by all.
Nancy is preceded in death by her parents.
Nancy is survived by her siblings, J. Kathleen Bishop -Rose of Wister, Oklahoma, Sharon Harbaugh and husband David of Heavener, Oklahoma, James Dewayne Bishop of Poteau, Oklahoma and Margaret Ellen Bishop of Poteau, Oklahoma; nieces and nephews, Carol Reuter, Ron Page, Lydia Page, Dana Barney, Seth Baldwin and Travis Branstetter; her great nieces and nephews, Bailey Pickle, Brandon Pickle, Max Reuter, Magness Reuter, Charlie Beth Page, Alicia Bruno and Oscar Gomes along with numerous other relatives, loved ones and friends.
A Celebration of Life will be held privately at a later date.
