Norma Jean Culberson of Heavener, Oklahoma was born June 29, 1965 in Poteau, Oklahoma to Franklin Eugene Elwood and Willia Dean (Clinton) Meeks and passed away November 21, 2018 in Fort Smith, Arkansas at the age of 53.

Shelia Bradley and husband Keith of Heavener, Oklahoma
Five grandchildren:
Dustie Williams, Destany Williams, Codi Williams, David Williams IV, and Montana Williams
Numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and a host of many friends
She was preceded in death by her father; her husband, William Himes; her maternal grandparents, Russel Jean and Edna Clinton; and her paternal grandparents, Lee and Winnie Elwood.
Norma was a life-long resident of the area, a homemaker, and attended Covenant Church in Poteau, Oklahoma. She enjoyed taking care of her family and friends. Norma will be missed by everyone who knew her.
Funeral service will be 1:00 p.m., Monday, November 26, 2018 at Dowden-Roberts Funeral Chapel with Pastor Don Martin officiating.
Burial will follow in Summerfield Cemetery under the direction of Dowden-Roberts Funeral Home of Heavener, Oklahoma.
Pallbearers will be: Joshua Cranfield, Montana Williams, Chris Piovesan, Ethan Williams, Tyler Singleterry, and Jordan Humphrey
Honorary Pallbearers will be: Jimmy Tolleson, Keith Bradley, Nathan Singleterry, Charley Mattox, Preston Mattox, Anthony Loftis, and Robert Collins
Viewing will be from 9:00 a.m. until 8:00 p.m., Sunday, and 8:00 a.m. until service time, Monday.
The family will visit with friends from 2:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m., Sunday at the funeral home.
