Peggy was born on February 20, 1966, in Beebe, Arkansas, to Nancy (Moore) Lyons and Roy Lyons. She passed away on April 25, 2025, in Arkoma, Oklahoma.
Peggy was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Garon Means; sons, Joshua Stewart and Justin Stewart; and sisters, Cynthia Lyons and Nadine Hillburn.
Peggy had a zest for life and a love for the little joys — she loved collecting treasures, visiting the casino, exploring yard sales, and spending time with her beloved dogs. Her lively spirit and warm heart touched many lives.
She is survived by her daughter, Jessica Means; son, Gary Means; grandchildren, Jerimyah, Jarrod, and Gabryella; sister, Linda Hamm; brother, Clifton Lyons; son-in-law, Thomas Mills; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, extended family members, and dear friends.
