Funeral Service for Robert Reed Baker, 73 of Bokoshe, Oklahoma will be at 10:00am on Friday, October 18, 2024 at Evans Chapel of Memories in Poteau, Oklahoma with Jerry Williams officiating. Burial will follow at Sardis Cemetery in Clayton, Oklahoma under the direction of Evans & Miller Funeral Home of Poteau, Oklahoma.
Robert was born on December 24, 1950 in McAlester, Oklahoma to Mildred (James) Wilson and Larnce Baker and passed away on October 12, 2024 in Bokoshe, Oklahoma. He was preceded in death by his first wife Joy Baker; father and mother Larnce and Susan Baker; and Mother Mildred Wilson.
Survivors include his wife Ramona Baker of the home; Daughter Alora Beenblossom; Granddaughter Wrenley Mae Rose Bond; Step-daughter Joanie Sundie; Sisters Sheila, Atheta, Laqueitta, Laura, Kimberley, Guinda, Sherry, Debbie; Brother Clifton Baker; Aunt Vivian Fite; Nieces Donna and Shannon Murray; Cousins Rowletta, Rowena, and Shirley; Numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, loved ones, and friends.
Pallbearers will be Clif Baker, Troy Sturgeon, Tony Gomez, Jim January, Mark Schmitt, Tracy Sturgeon, and Kirk Anderson..
Visitation will be Thursday, October 17, 2024 from 5:00pm to 7:00pm at the funeral home.
