William was born on May 14, 1931 in Tulsa, Oklahoma to Lura (Robertson) Greene and John M Greeneand and passed away on May 21, 2023 in Poteau, Oklahoma. He was married to Frances (Sinclair) Cupp Greene on June 23, 1986 in Fort Smith, Arkansas. He was preceded in death by his parents.
Survivors include his wife, Frances Cupp Greene; children, Trena Sissom, Helen Pulliam, William Allen Greene, James Wesley Greene, Billy Lynn Greene, Leslie Williamson and husband Don Williamson; numerous grandchildren; niece, Janna Greene Owens and husband Mark Owens; nephew, Larry Smith, who was like a son.
