2025 Poteau Trash Off

The Poteau Trash-Off is a great opportunity for community members to come together and contribute to a cleaner environment. All are encouraged to join in this event and help make a positive impact on the community.

The annual Poteau Trash-Off is scheduled for April 19 from 9-11 a.m. Volunteers are asked to check in at 9 a.m. and meet in the McDonald’s parking lot. Trash bags, gloves, and vests will be provided for all participants. Awards will be presented in several categories, including most business members, most miscellaneous group members, most non-profit members, most school/organization members, most church members, and most bags collected. The overall winner for most members will receive a $100 prize, however, businesses are not eligible for this award.

To participate, volunteers are asked to complete and return forms to the Poteau Chamber office, located at 501 South Broadway Avenue, or email them to admin@poteauchamber.com.
