From the national weather service forecast in Norman Oklahoma, as I stated yesterday there will be ice in the forecast. Well it’s a bit more than Ice at the moment. So this bright image below is a probability scale for freezing rain on Monday, aka a possible ice storm. Poteau area is at a around 75% chance at the moment.
(THIS IS STILL SEVERAL DAYS OUT AND WILL LIKELY CHANGE BEFORE MONDAY)
So please, be on the watch daily for more information as we get close. Once Saturday hits and it is still showing a high probability, I will call for a bread and milk stock up.
