Beverly Ann Mazikowski, 87, of Poteau, OK passed away Thursday, April 15, 2021 in Poteau.
Beverly was born September 30, 1933 in Heavener, OK to Carl & Florence (Anderson) Johnston.
She was a homemaker.
She was preceded in death by her parents; daughter, Barbara Baker & sister, Gayle Smedley.
Survivors include her husband, Dennis of the home; daughter, Carla Moses of Nampa, ID; other relatives, loved ones and many friends.
Memorial services will be held at 11 am, Monday, April 19, 2021 at Evans Chapel of Memories, Poteau with Jim Cook officiating.
