was born on November 22, 1936 in Cameron, Oklahoma to Daniel and Ercie (Goodwin) Baggs and and passed away on May 4, 2021 in Ft. Smith, Arkansas at the age of 84. Troy was preceded in death by his parents and two brothers, Austin Baggs and Carl Baggs.
Survivors include his children, Deborah Parker and husband Tommy, Julie Easley and husband Phil, and Yancy Baggs and wife Rhonda; one sister, Myrl Tarwater and husband Danny; one brother, Ray Baggs and wife Charlene; five grandchildren, and sixteen great grandchildren.
Troy enjoyed hunting, fishing, and playing poker. He loved entertaining grandchildren and great-grandchildren with the use of his golf cart on trails through the decorated woods behind his home.
