Lucille (Costner) Hogan of Fort Smith, Arkansas was born December 24, 1926 in Wister, Oklahoma to William and Esther (Cross) Baldwin and passed away on May 9, 2021 in Fort Smith, Arkansas at the age of 94.
She is survived by:

Celia Young and husband Lonnie of Petal, Mississippi
One son:
Bob Costner and wife Marsha of Fort Smith, Arkansas
Three grandchildren:
Matthew Costner and wife Natalie of Fayetteville, Arkansas
Marcus Costner and wife Brandie of Fayetteville, Arkansas
Regina Young Ward and husband Wesley of El Paso, Texas
12 great-grandchildren
Numerous nieces and nephews
She was preceded in death by her first husband, R.G. Costner; her second husband, Frank Hogan; and three brothers, Ralph, Burl, and Derrol Baldwin.
Lucille was a life-long resident of the Heavener area. She was a longtime member and former Choir Director of Heavener First Baptist Church. Lucille retired as Vice President of the First National Bank in Heavener after 34+ years. She will be deeply missed by many whom loved and knew her.
Funeral service will be 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, May 12, 2021 at Dowden-Roberts Funeral Home Chapel with Brother Brock Hardin officiating. Burial will follow in Heavener Memorial Park under the direction of Dowden-Roberts Funeral Home of Heavener, Oklahoma.
Pallbearers will be: Steve Hembree, David Grubbs, Sr., Bobby Gilstrap, Matthew Costner, Marcus Costner, and Nathan Costner
Viewing will be from Noon until 6:00 p.m., Tuesday and 9:00 a.m. until service time, Wednesday at the funeral home. The family will visit with friends on Wednesday from 1:00 p.m. until service time.
